Florida man, Dylan Brewer, arrested for vandalising LGBTQ pride mural

A Florida man turned himself in after a week-long manhunt earlier this month after being accused of intentionally causing multiple burnouts with his truck at an intersection decorated with LGBTQ pride paint.

Dylan Brewer, 19, was driving a lifted pickup truck with LED underbody lights and a flag on the back, revving the engine at the intersection of Northeast 2nd Street in Delray Beach on February 1st. A surveillance camera captured the sudden left turn. Four.

Throughout the week-long investigation, law enforcement investigators received multiple reports of Brewer’s “vandalism,” and several witnesses provided cellphone videos of the burnout.

Brewer turned himself in to police on February 12th.

He was charged with misdemeanor counts of felony mischief, criminal damage to property over $1,000, and reckless driving.

He was released on $5,250 bail just after midnight Tuesday, according to jail records.
