President Joe Biden’s brother, James Biden, said at the impeachment inquiry Wednesday that Joe Biden had “no involvement or direct or indirect financial interest whatsoever” in his business. Ta.
The allegation comes after House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.), a former bank board member, said in October that a $200,000 check from Amecor, which allegedly defrauded Medicare, was sent via James Biden. This comes after it was discovered that the money had been deposited into Joe Biden’s bank account.

James Biden denied that the checks were due to an existing business relationship. He claimed the money was repayment for money loaned to him by Joe Biden. Comer then requested “loan documents” allegedly created by the Biden brothers, but the White House rejected the request.
James Biden disputed Comer’s findings and appeared to leak portions of his opening statement to establishment media reporters.

In September, Comer subpoenaed James Biden’s Lion Hall Group and JBBSR Corporation. The subpoena appears to be aimed at obtaining records related to Joe Biden’s entity, Celtic Capri Corp., which received nearly $10 million in 2017 without specifying the items of revenue.
James Biden is Joe Biden’s younger brother and Hunter Biden’s uncle. Mr. James and Mr. Hunter were business partners in CEFC China Energy, an organization with close ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

The committee discovered in March through a suspicious activity report (SAR) that Rob Walker, an associate of Mr. Biden, had received $3 million in wire transfers from CEFC. As a result, four members of the Biden family (Hunter, James, Harry, and an unidentified “Biden”) received a combined $1.3 million share of the $3 million wire transfer.
