Biden has also been caught on camera numerous times sniffing minors and frightened children.
In one clip, he is seen hugging a small boy tightly before telling viewers: “He gave me permission to touch him.”
“This was right after he got called out on this and was told it was inappropriate. ‘Stop doing this to people. They’re uncomfortable with it. It’s disgusting and it feels… It’s bad and leave people alone. The first thing he does is start touching the boy,” Gray said disgusted.
