Authorities in Oregon say a hidden recording device was found in a fitting room and a suspect is wanted. Clothing store.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office released a photo of the unidentified suspect Saturday and said the image was part of several photos of the suspect found on the recovered device.
The recording device was first recovered from the fitting room on December 26th. The Washington County Digital Forensics Laboratory had fully analyzed the device by February 6 and found no images or videos of the potential victim on the device.
After sharing photos of the suspect with other law enforcement agencies, detectives learned that an incident involving the same person had been reported to the Scappoose Police Department five days before the device was discovered.

On Dec. 21, the sheriff’s office said the victim reported that the suspect molested her on Dec. 13 while she was seeking help locating items at a Fred Meyer store.
The victim positively identified the suspect from a photo found on a hidden recording device found in the fitting room of a clothing store in Washington County.

Authorities asked for the public’s help in identifying the suspect, who is described as an Asian man, believed to be in his 40s or 50s, with dark hair and glasses.
