The Kansas City Chiefs may win back-to-back championships, but it seems like there’s still a lot to fix.
The Chiefs have officially established themselves as a dynasty, becoming the first team since 2005 to repeat the Super Bowl championship, winning their third title in five years earlier this month.
However, despite his crazy run, Clark Hunt received the worst F-minus rating in the NFL from players in the league.

“Players are unhappy with the provision at work, especially after the team’s continued success in recent years.” The NFLPA stated in its findings:.
The players’ main concern is Hunt’s inability to renovate “overdue” facilities, especially locker rooms. According to the investigation, Hunt apparently told players last year that renovations would be made, but the renovations never took place.
“In response to feedback from last year, the players actually received chairs with backrests to sit in their lockers, but that doesn’t change the fact that the locker room renovations are overdue, adding to the frustration. Here’s what management told the players: When the players won the Super Bowl and returned to the facility for the 2023-2024 season, the team (minus the addition of chairs) ) I noticed that they had not carried out any of the renovations they had promised.”

The team also earned an F for nutrition staff and training staff, ranking 31st and 32nd, respectively. Players feel they are not receiving enough one-on-one treatment and staff are not “motivated to provide support and treatment to all players”.
“It is clear from the results that despite consistent success, there has been no significant reinvestment in the facility,” the report states. “This has led to high levels of dissatisfaction among player respondents, with club owner Clark Hunt ranking among the least likely of all NFL owners/owner groups to invest in team facilities.” This is reflected in the ranking of people with the lowest motivation to do so.
The Chiefs did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the study.

On the contrary, Andy Reid was voted the best head coach in the league by his players.
No one had done it again since the New England Patriots in the 2003 and 2004 seasons.
The Chiefs have not given up on their desire to become the first team since the Los Angeles Lakers from 2000 to 2002 to complete a three-peat, something no other team in the four major sports has accomplished.
