Megyn Kelly called out MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow, Jen Psaki and Joy Reid on Wednesday, saying the left-wing hosts were concerned about immigration during the Comcast-owned network’s broadcast of the Super Tuesday primaries. He was criticized after he mocked a Virginia voter who spoke out.
Kelly on Wednesday accused Reid, Maddow and Psaki of “making a mockery of the idea that Virginia voters will vote based on immigration.”
During Tuesday night’s broadcast, Psaki said the following, drawing laughs from Reid, Maddow, and co-panelists Nicole Wallace and Alex Wagner. Immigration was the biggest issue. ”
“Well, Virginia has a border with West Virginia, which is a very conflict-ridden area,” Maddow said.
Voters say immigration is the most important issue facing the country, according to a recent Gallup poll.
The host of SiriusXM’s podcast “The Megyn Kelly Show” ridiculed the idea that “immigrant crime is not a problem.”
“Please tell the family of a 14-year-old girl from Campbell County, Virginia, who was recently sexually assaulted by an illegal alien from Venezuela who entered the country illegally in El Paso, Texas in September 2019. He has now been arrested and charged in 2003,” she said.
Mr. Kelly warned the MSNBC panelists that they were “laughing and ridiculing themselves at their own peril.”
“They will find out in November what the truth is,” she said.
Kelly also called Reid a “ridiculous person” who focuses on “race and racial hostility.”
“You know, the Republicans want to get all black people out of college,” Kelly said sarcastically.
“This is so absurd,” Kelly said, adding: “It’s so insulting, but it kind of hurts now that Joy Reid is insulting me.”
“She’s such a funny person…It all comes down to race.”
