I think that’s one way to explain it. Let’s say tonight America saw a very different Joe Biden. You might call him Jack Up Joe. And that’s philanthropy. He sounded like an overcaffeinated, angry old man. We will discuss this in more detail in the future.

And despite Joe Biden’s assertions tonight, sadly the state of our union is not strong. And sadly, the president’s clear agenda was politics, facts and truth, which took a backseat to his radical agenda.
