Latest Emerson College Polling Station/Hill A poll released Thursday morning showed Trump still holding a 47% to 43% lead.
The poll analysis also found that when asked which way they were leaning in the election, Trump led 52% to 48%.
Since November, Trump has led Biden in every Pennsylvania Emerson poll.
The latest numbers are worrying for the Biden campaign. Democrats won Pennsylvania in the 2020 election after using the Declaration of Independence to clarify their plans and initiatives.
Moreover, most experts believe that Pennsylvania will be a key state in deciding the 2024 election after Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.
The survey also found that “President Biden has a job approval rating of 38% and a job disapproval rating of 55% among Pennsylvania voters.”
Voters also said they believed Trump was the better option to deal with immigration and the Israel-Hamas war. These voters believe Biden has an advantage on abortion access.
“There’s a difference in motivation between Biden and Trump voters,” said Spencer Kimball, executive director of Emerson College Polling. “Those who voted for Trump said they supported the former president because they care about certain issues (28%), liked Trump (27%), or disliked Biden (21%). The majority of those who voted (33%) support the president because they dislike Trump,” and 24% support Biden because they like him as a candidate. ”
