Just a week after Albert’s hospitalization, Huff praised his wife’s strength and resilience.
“Hailey has always inspired me with her will, strength and resilience, and that has never been more true than in the last 48 hours,” Hough wrote on Instagram at the time. “She is currently on the long road to recovery. Words cannot express how thankful and grateful we are for the support and love you all have given us.”
They added: “The kindness shown to us during this incredibly unfathomable and life-changing time is immeasurable. We are so humbled and grateful for the outpouring of offers of support. The hope is that we can do something as a family.” And pay it forward somehow. ”
