DC Drops Reportedly Charges Against Gold Star Dad Who Interrupted Biden State Of The Union

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia on Tuesday reportedly dropped charges against Gold Star father Steven Nikoi for disrupting President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address.

FOX News senior Congressional correspondent Chad Pergram broke the news on Twitter that authorities had softened their stance on Nikoy. The charges against Mr. Nikoui were brought by the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia after he was escorted from the Capitol for heckling Mr. Biden during a speech on March 7. according to On Fox News. Nikoui said he was invited to the event by Republican Florida Rep. It is unclear what level of charges were leveled against Nikoi. Additionally, the USDC Attorney’s Office has yet to issue an official statement regarding the charges that have reportedly been dropped.
