“Although the Judiciary Committee has attempted to provide reasonable accommodations to the testimony of Mr. Daley and Mr. Morgan, its efforts have stalled, and Mr. Daley and Mr. Morgan continue to refuse to appear for depositions. “The lawsuit states,” the newspaper reported.
