Man Caught Eating Severed Human Leg After Allegedly Swiping It From Train Accident, Video Shows

A man who apparently ate a severed human leg after stealing it from the scene of a train wreck was arrested in Wasco, California, on Friday, video footage shows.

A video posted online showed a man believed to be 27-year-old Recendo Telles walking around with his severed leg before being arrested by authorities. The man, wearing a large red jacket and baggy black sweatpants, was seen brandishing what appeared to be a human leg, and then reportedly took a small bite to examine it.
