on HBO last night Real Time with Bill Maherthe host took to Elon Musk’s bat during a conversation with technology reporter Carla Swisher.
Swisher recently published a memoir. Burn Book: A technology love storyhost a podcast Interaction with Kara Swisher He is also the co-host of the podcast pivot.
In her conversation with Maher, Swisher implied that all the big tech companies were afraid of her coverage. “I think they’re a little scared,” she said, referring to the likes of Musk and Jeff Bezos.
She characterized many moguls as “extremely narcissistic” and said those around them admire them to the extent that they “start to think they are gods.”
Swisher said Musk didn’t think highly of her and once said her voice was “so high-pitched you could only hear it like a dog.” [her]and [her] My heart is boiling with hatred. ” Ma added, “He’s a complicated guy,” to which Swisher quickly responded, “You know what, he’s not a complicated guy, he’s just an asshole, but go ahead.” She then said, Her attitude changed a little.

She also said she has high hopes for AI, but that it could “go completely south.” There isn’t enough protection, she said, adding: “We are crash test dummies in the digital age.”
