Tony Bobulinski Accuses Dem Rep Of ‘Defamatory’ Statements, Threatens Legal Action

Tony Bobulinski, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, on Tuesday honored Democratic New York Rep. Dan Goldman in a letter sent by Bobulinski’s lawyer to Goldman’s office. He was accused of defamation.

Jesse Binall of the law firm BINALL Law Group, which represents Bobulinski, threatened “imminent” legal action against Goldman in a letter obtained by the Daily Caller.

In a letter obtained by Caller, Bobrunisky demanded that Goldman delete the post and publicly retract his comments within five days or face a defamation lawsuit.

Bobulinski’s legal representatives said in the letter that “statements made as if it were true that Bobulinski lied to federal investigators and Congress are themselves defamatory. , it is unacceptable.”

“President Trump’s campaign has never paid Mr. Bobulinski’s legal fees. In fact, since 2020, Mr. Bobulinski has paid more than $500,000 out of his own pocket in legal fees to numerous attorneys at his law firm. “If you do not immediately remove the post from X and publicly retract your statements about X within five days of receiving this, we will file a lawsuit against you,” the letter added.
