LONDON (AP) – King Charles III attended Easter services at Windsor Castle on Sunday with the Queen and other members of the royal family, marking his most significant public appearance since being diagnosed with cancer last month. It appeared.
The king waved cheerfully as he entered St George’s Chapel for the service, which is expected to last about an hour.
The 75-year-old king’s appearance was meant to reassure the public after Prince Charles announced in early February from Buckingham Palace that he was undergoing treatment for an unspecified type of cancer and had stepped back from royal duties. This is seen as an initiative. Although he has worked behind palace walls, his public appearances for royal events such as Easter services are seen as a positive sign.

The service itself is expected to be smaller than usual, but Duchess Kate is currently undergoing treatment for cancer and is currently taking a break from her royal duties. The princess, her husband Prince William, and her children will not attend the service.
Kate Schock’s announcement that she too has cancer was made on March 22, after weeks of speculation about her health and whereabouts after undergoing major abdominal surgery in February. Ta.
The Easter service will be held in a chapel on the grounds of Windsor Castle, where media will be able to observe the arrival of Prince Charles and Queen Camilla.
