The start of the traditional Easter Egg Roll at the White House on Monday was delayed 90 minutes as angry storm clouds dumped thunder, lightning and light rain on the assembled guests.
AP report More than 40,000 people attended the festival, 10,000 more than last year, and were expected to guide boiled eggs across the lawn to the finish line.
As reported by Breitbart News, this year’s theme ignores Easter’s underlying Christian beliefs and is instead tagged “EGG-ucation,” led by Jill Biden and the White House It stipulates that children may not submit Easter eggs to the contest that feature religious artwork.
The move comes after President Joe Biden drew criticism for honoring Transgender Day of Visibility on Easter Sunday.
So, although they feared the Lord, they served their gods after the manner of the nations.

The restricted list declares, “Submissions must not contain questionable content, religious symbols, overtly religious themes, or partisan political statements.”

The egg roll is Annual tradition first held in 1878the various stations on the South Lawn and Ellipse were aimed at helping children learn about agriculture, healthier eating, exercise and more, the Associated Press report said.
Guests at this year’s Egg Roll included thousands of military and veteran families, their caregivers, and survivors. Members of the public won tickets through an online lottery and had nine separate admissions until the evening.
Meanwhile, in the United States under the Biden administration, the price of eggs themselves (along with chocolate) is rising due to inflation and supply chain issues, Breitbart News reported on Friday.
