Several people have reportedly been arrested after a shooting at a Ramadan festival in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday.

At least one officer reportedly fired a gun during the incident, according to PhillyCrimeUpdate, but it is unclear at this time whether police fired at the alleged suspect. Some people were reportedly hit by cars and injured.
