Despite the claims; tulsa king Director and executive producer Craig Zisk said the accusations were unfounded. Ziske also said much of the blame lies with Rose Rock Casting, which was tasked with hiring young people for background roles in the bar scenes, but instead supplied older actors. .
There were also reports that some background actors tried to take selfies with Stallone.

according to CNN, No formal complaints have been filed against Stallone or the production company. However, Paramount is reportedly interviewing cast, crew, and background actors to get to the bottom of the incident.
The studio also stated that production on Season 2 will continue without interruption while the investigation continues.
