A shocked woman reported seeing a naked biological male in the women’s locker room at Planet Fitness in North Carolina, 911 audio shows.
An unidentified woman called local police after suspecting 38-year-old Christopher Miller had broken into the women’s locker room at a popular chain store, according to 911 audio obtained by Fox News Digital from Gaston County police.
The woman said Miller got “completely naked” in the locker room.
“This is not an emergency. Me and my friend, none of us are underage, but a guy just flushed us in the bathroom,” the caller told a 911 operator. I heard it. “And my parents called me and told me to report it.”

The woman can be heard saying that she was still in the locker room when Miller called her.
“Yes, he’s still in the bathroom. He’s a man. But he claims to be a woman and won’t come out,” the caller can be heard saying.
“He just walks around showing us his penis and won’t leave,” she added.

The caller described the 38-year-old man to authorities as a white man with dreadlocks.
“So what is he wearing?” the operator asked the caller.
“Nothing. Literally nothing,” the caller replied.
“So, is he completely naked?” the operator asked.
“He’s completely naked,” she replied.

The suspect was released on $25,000 bail.

Miller allegedly burst into the women’s locker room and became “completely naked” in front of the 17-year-old girl. According to WSOC-TV.
According to local news outlets, the suspect allegedly applied lotion to the boy and asked him to take a shower with him.

Planet Fitness CEO McCall Gosselin said in a statement to Fox News Digital that the gym has “zero tolerance for harassment.”
“At Planet Fitness, the safety of our employees and members is our top priority and we do not tolerate harassment of any kind within our clubs,” Gosselin said. “We took immediate steps to ensure the safety of our club members, including contacting and cooperating with the police.”
The gym chain has recently been in the spotlight after Planet Fitness defended a transgender man who was photographed shaving in a women’s locker room.
Patricia Silva had her Planet Fitness membership revoked after she alerted employees to the presence of transgender members and then recorded herself talking about the ordeal.
“I just came out of Planet Fitness and there’s a guy shaving in the women’s room,” she said in the article. first of multiple videos.

Silva said she “loved” the man as a “spiritual being with a human experience.” However, she was “not comfortable” with individuals shaving in the bathroom.
Ms. Silva’s video went viral and received tremendous support from many on social media and in her own community.
