What Giants might do on special teams in 2024 NFL Draft

Graham Gano is 37 years old and just completed surgery on his left knee.

Last season, he missed six field goals, compared to just eight in his previous three seasons with the Giants.

They need another leg, and the coaching staff is likely looking to add a young player to the placekicker position this summer, even if Gano plays.

Cam Little of the University of Arkansas is a player the Giants are studying.

In his three years in college, Little shot 82.8 percent from the field and a long of 56 yards.

His additional points were also a perfect score of 129 out of 129.

Jamie Gillan returns as punter and Casey Kreiter was re-signed as long snapper.

Michael Ghobrial has replaced Thomas McGaughey as the new special teams coordinator.

Ghobrial spent the past three years as an assistant with the Jets.

Considering the new kickoff rules, finding a returning player in this draft makes sense.
