The false charges facing President Trump should be dismissed immediately, but at the very least the judge, a politically biased activist whose family has personally profited from the case, should oversee a trial of this magnitude. There is no position to do so. Judge Machan should have withdrawn from this case and allowed Lady Justice to put the blindfold back on.
