Former competitive swimmer Riley Gaines, whom Dave Rubin calls “a truly amazing young woman,” and former ESPN journalist Sage Steele have something in common. That said, both women know firsthand what it’s like to watch an institution suffocate under a woke crowd.

The two recently met on Steele’s podcast, where Gaines shared the creepiest locker room details about trans swimmer Leah Thomas.
“Let me just set the scene,” Mr. Gaines began. “The swim locker room is not a modest place.” Because the nature of the sport requires you to be “completely undressed.”
“It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to really dig into these things. [racing] The suit is “paper-thin and skin-tight” and often requires “help from a friend.”
Gaines said a typical training session includes “five complete undress sessions.”
“And we had multiple sessions every day,” she told Steele, before going on to talk about Leah Thomas’ first day on the job. “So, I’m in the locker room. Of course, I turn my back and take my clothes off…and all of a sudden I hear a guy’s voice in the locker room.”
The girls in the locker room immediately began “covering themselves with their hands, clothes, towels, etc.” and left “as quickly as possible.”
“It was traumatic,” Gaines confessed, calling the entire experience “awkward,” “embarrassing” and “uncomfortable.”
“You might say the norm is that a guy with a sex drive shouldn’t be in a chick’s locker room, but that norm has been blown away,” Dave sighs. several weeks.
“They want to destroy all norms in order to destroy democracy.”
