California Governor Gavin Newsom launched a new pro-abortion ad this week that is so disgusting and full of nonsense that it’s painful to watch.
“Rape and incest are not exempt from Alabama’s abortion ban. Now Republicans are trying to criminalize young women traveling for abortion care. We can’t let them get away with this.” wrote Newsom in a tweet about the X that accompanied the ad.
The ad depicts two young women attempting to cross state lines when a police officer stops them and asks them to take a pregnancy test.
“This isn’t a parody, okay. This isn’t SNL. This is an actual ad that Gavin Newsom ironically released about abortion.” Sarah Gonzalez I say in shock.
“These are not serious people,” she added.
“What are you thinking, you idiots?” Matthew Marsden agrees, “But this is California.”
The ad says Newsom will propose a bill that would make it easier for Arizona women to seek abortions in California and provide Arizona abortion providers with a faster way to get licensed in California. It was published because of this.
“They’re preparing to receive an influx of patients from women fleeing these mean red states that make it hard to kill babies. It’s just like ‘The Handmaid’s Tale.’ I mean conservatives who just want to make things happen,” Gonzalez scoffs.
“It just means there’s a living human being inside you, and we want it to be alive,” she added.
