The two groups of student protesters at the University of Alabama were diametrically opposed. One was pro-Palestinian and the other was pro-Israel. But there was only one thing both groups could agree on: “Fuck Joe Biden.”
Protesters chanted “Fuck Joe Biden” during Wednesday’s protest at the University of Alabama, according to a video posted on Twitter by Crimson White’s Mayvin Navarro.

On one side were dressed in hippie costumes, waving rainbows and Palestinian flags, and holding placards that read “ceasefire now.”
On the other side, across a gap in the asphalt separated by warning tape and campus police officers, protesters wearing camouflage pants and waving American and Israeli flags. One man was waving a Trump flag.

Navarro said pro-Palestinian troops in Alabama also called on Alabama to divest its investment in Lockheed Martin, chanting things like “Hey, hey, ho, ho, Lockheed Martin has to go.”

Navarro said the protest may have been successful because Lockheed has reportedly removed references to Alabama as a partner school from its website.
UA students are demanding that UA sever ties with Lockheed Martin. Today, UA was listed as a partner university on the Lockheed Martins website. Now it has been removed.
