ChatGPT changed my life. Even if you don’t use it as much as I do, it changed your life.
You’ve probably noticed that there’s a new AI search bar in all the meta apps, including Facebook and Instagram. It won’t be long before chatbots are integrated into all the most used apps and services. (Yes, I think the people at Google are shaking when they start searching.)

What is Chat PT?
No need to wait to get used to AI. Try some of these prompts to flex your chatbot muscles. You’ll see how easy it is to use.
To save time
I recently uploaded a commercial building’s rent roll, income statement, and comps for the area. I asked ChatGPT to analyze the data to see if it’s a good investment.
Sure, I know how to do that calculation myself, but it would take me half an hour. No joke, it took me longer to upload the document than it took for ChatGPT to come up with an answer (about 30 seconds).

The best part is that the calculations and reasoning are laid out so you can analyze them yourself and double-check how they work. If you’re having trouble getting your answer across, you can always ask something like, “How did you make that decision?” or “Tell me how you got that answer.”
How to make a decision when you can’t decide
A term used to describe this is “decision fatigue.” Sometimes you have to make so many choices in one week that you just can’t make them again. Try these:
- “I’m inviting three friends over for dinner tomorrow. One is vegetarian and one is allergic to peanuts. What should I make for dinner?”
- “My mother-in-law wants me to help her choose a destination for a family vacation. Last year we went to Rosemary Beach in Florida and everyone complained that the water was too warm. We lives in Houston, but no one wants to go.” I’m flying over 5 hours. Could you give me some options? ”
useful for doing complex things
Let’s say you’re an HR manager and need to create an employee guide from scratch. This is a lot of work, and you’ll probably be heading to search engines to find out where to start. Chatbots can do that too, and you can even create an outline.
More and more doctors are using CHATGPT to help with their busy workdays, but is AI a reliable assistant?
Let me emphasize this. Do not use LLM chatbots to create legal documents or anything that actually requires the intervention of a lawyer or other professional. But what about a starting point? absolutely.
To be an impartial third party
You are having an argument with a friend, spouse, or relative. Or you may be in a situation where you are having a dispute with someone in your profession. Before you send an email or type an angry reply, consult someone who has no emotion in the situation: the chatbot of your choice.
Here’s what will give you an idea right away: “My roommate and I are having an argument because she keeps leaving dirty dishes in the sink for days on end, even though it attracts bugs. How can I respectfully tell her that I want this to stop? Is not it?”
To analyze information
This is the sweet spot for AI. This technology is great at finding and pointing out patterns. Here are some examples to get you started.
“Here’s a 20-page legal document. Please summarize the main points.”

“These are customer reviews. Divide them into negative, neutral, and positive percentages.” This way, you have valuable data and you don’t have to spend time parsing it yourself.
to help you find the right words
Let’s say you’re hiring a contractor to build a great new website for your small business. The problem is that you can’t “talk” about your website and don’t know where to start. AI can help. Find some of your favorite sites. This is a site that when you look at it, you think, “Wow, I want a site like this!”
Enter all these URLs into your favorite chatbot and ask for a detailed description of the shared elements and overall design. This allows you to communicate what you need more eloquently.
does the boring work for you
You are going on vacation. Use your last willpower to finish the necessary tasks. AI can create out-of-office emails. Remember, the more detail and instructions you give, the better.
How AI empowers citizens and increases freedom
“Write an out-of-office email” will give you bland (or completely useless) results. Try something like, “Write an out-of-office email to let your contacts know you’ll be back at work on Monday. Access to email is limited, so I’ll respond by next Wednesday.” please.
The result will be more polished, professional, and conversational than if you were to create it yourself.
brainstorm things to do
Let’s take a vacation example. His big trip is coming up in two weeks and he doesn’t know what to do with the kids in the city he’s visiting. Before you go full travel blogging, give chatbots a try.
“I’m going on vacation to San Diego with my husband and 11-year-old twins. What are some fun and interesting things to do that I can take everyone to? I want a mix of free and affordable activities. My kids They are picky eaters and love spending time outside.
