Jesse James Decker is getting serious about his post-baby body image struggles.
In a recent Instagram post, Jessie shared two photos of herself wearing an orange bikini with the caption, “I didn’t really want to post these kitten-like swimming photos because I gained weight after giving birth to my fourth child.” “I did,” he admitted.
“I’m 30 pounds heavier now than I was last year,” she shared in the caption. “Yes, I know I just had a baby three months ago, but it’s easy to make comparisons here and why my body prefers to cling to babies more than others. I wonder: The pressure we put on ourselves is unreal.”
She shared the photo as a “reminder” to herself and her followers to “be kind to yourself. Give yourself grace.”

The country singer also encouraged her followers to remember that they are “healing after nine months of growing as a human being” and that should be their main focus.
“And if you’re like me and are breastfeeding and need your body to bear as much weight as possible to keep producing breast milk, then so be it,” she said. “Focus on that sweet new baby, because that’s what it’s all about. You’ll have plenty of time to ‘go back’ when the time comes.” But give yourself grace for now… you’re doing well and you got this girl!
“We are in this together.”
Fans in the comments section thanked Jessie for posting a photo of her natural body and dispelling the theory that a woman’s body should grow back immediately after giving birth.

Jesse and her husband Eric Decker welcomed their fourth child, Denver, in February. He joined her older brothers, brothers Eric “Bubby” Jr. and Forrest, and sister Vivian.
The couple announced in August 2023 that they were pregnant with their fourth child, with a video of Jessie rubbing her baby bump on a balcony. News of the pregnancy came months after Eric previously shared that he refused to have a vasectomy.
”This will be the longest maternity leave I have ever taken. I have a newborn baby. I am the mother of her four children. “I don’t want to rush back to work if I’m not ready,” Decker told Fox News Digital in March. “This is my last baby and I want to cherish this moment with him and my family in need. ” he said. It’s more important to me than anything else. Family first. ”
