It is unclear how high the woman was when she fell.

The building is located near the corner of West 11th Street and Sixth Avenue, and tens of thousands of riders pedaled as part of the event early Sunday morning. Police did not say whether the victim saw the incident.

The investigation is still ongoing, but police said there is no reason to believe there was foul play.

A police official said, “At this point, there is no suspicion of any crime.”
