George Clooney (born May 6, 1961) is an actor, producer, and director who has been nominated for and won many awards for his work in both film and television.
Clooney began his acting career on television, appearing on shows such as “ER” (1994-2009) and “The Facts of Life” (1979-1988).
In 1994, Clooney landed his breakout role. He then appeared in the medical drama “ER” as Dr. Doug Ross. He appeared regularly on the show until his 1999. He returned for the series finale in 2009.
