Angel Reese jets off from Sky to attend 2024 Met Gala on birthday

Angel Reese celebrated her 22nd birthday in style at the Met Gala in Manhattan.

The WNBA superstar wore a 16 Arlington dress and was the center of attention as she emerged from the Mark Hotel, watched by camera flashes and screaming fans, on her way to the prestigious event in New York City. Ta.

She posed for photos for over a minute before getting into a black van and heading to the event.

The Mark is one of the sites used by Met Gala attendees to prepare for one of the biggest nights of the year in the fashion industry.

“I’m so excited to see everyone’s outfits. Everyone looks amazing here,” Reese told Women’s Wear Daily before heading to the gala. “I’m just so excited. I’ve always dreamed of this moment, so it’s great to be here for her 22nd birthday.”

Ms Rees appeared to be amazed by her outfit, calling it “amazing”, designed by design duo Marco Capaldo and Federica Covenati.

“I’m really happy to be a part of this production,” she continued. “I look great and I feel beautiful and sexy.”

It’s been a busy few days for the Chicago Sky’s new star, who suited up for preseason action and took the court for his first WNBA game on Friday.

Reese had 13 points and nine rebounds against the Minnesota Lynx.

“I’m so hard on myself that I didn’t feel like I had my best game.” Reese told WGN News.. “I didn’t feel like I was very efficient, but I got to the line. But it was a first for me. [game], so I could kind of feel a groove with it. There is clearly room for improvement. I feel like I should be better defensively, but I feel like I did a great job just being able to step up to the plate. The start, it was my first career start, so I just had to be open-minded about everything.

“I’m just trying to figure everything out on the fly.”
