Hmm… One lesson is that Toledo is going to be a monster in the next few years.
I can’t even hate this kid Beau Polston. He may be in high school, but he has the maturity of a 50-year-old, as evidenced by his dedication to Toledo. Yes, he knows he had a big offer like Georgia, and he knows he’ll get questions like, “Why Toledo?”
Yeah, he gets it all.
The Decatur Central High School quarterback is preparing for his junior season, but he gave a grown-up answer. “It’s perfect.” (Related: He’s not Drake or Kendrick: Deion Sanders’ son Shedur drops rap song, and I won’t lie, it’s trash)
“Choose quality over quantity,” Polston said. indianapolis star. “That’s the biggest advice I can give. You don’t want to have a helmet, you wear a helmet. Don’t chase the logo. I’m sure there were bigger offers, but you’ll find the perfect one.” That’s what I did.”
One of Indiana’s top QB prospects, Polston put up a stat line of 1,614 yards and 19 touchdowns in his second season, while adding 460 yards and six touchdowns on the ground. His performance led Decatur Central to his dominant 11-3 record and a berth in the Class 5A state finals. As a result, he received offers from major schools such as Georgia, West Virginia, Minnesota, and Washington State.
But my husband isn’t looking for fame, he’s looking for that “fit” and this is why I have to respect his decision to commit to Toledo.

A pretty cool story about a young man with a headache that doesn’t happen often in 2024. I can dig it. Good luck, young man!
