Shocking brawl erupts on Cali-bound flight when passenger steals other’s seat

Chaotic video footage has captured a scuffle that broke out when one passenger stole another’s seat on a long-haul flight from Taiwan to California.

Just a few hours into Tuesday’s 11-and-a-half hour long journey, a fight broke out between two passengers, one of whom decided to change seats because the passenger next to him was coughing, and instead sat in the other’s seat. It is said that What’s the Jam.

When the original occupant returned, he attempted to punch the man who had stolen his seat.

According to the video, three flight attendants immediately intervened and tried to stop the man, with one holding him from behind and another pushing him back, as he received one vicious blow.

EVA Air flight attendants had to intervene and stop the fight during a flight from Taiwan to California.

As they tried to separate the men, one of the flight attendants was hit in the head with an elbow, according to the video.

Just as the fight seemed to be over, the man who stole the seat stood up, approached the other passengers again, pushed the flight attendant to the side, and swung her wildly.

Two men exchanged blows in the aisle and several passengers could be heard screaming as they boarded the plane to help the flight attendants separate them.

Shocking video footage captured the scuffle that began about three hours into the 11-and-a-half-hour flight.

The shocking scene unfolded about three hours after EVA Air flight BR08 departed from Taipei to San Francisco.

After landing, the men were handed over to police.

After the altercation, the two continued to point and scream at each other, but remained separated for the rest of the flight.

They were turned over to San Francisco police upon arrival.

EVA Air has not commented on the incident.
