Jewelry store worker reveals how to spot a cheater in viral TikTok

A jewelery store worker said she could tell if a man was cheating by looking at what he spent his money on.

After graduating from graduate school, Sarah Wren from Virginia began working as a salesperson at a jewelry store.

Within a month, she claimed to have discovered that the man was cheating on her partner.

“We’ve all heard the story about men buying two separate pieces of jewelry. I never believed this would happen until I worked there for about a month,” she told her TikTok followers. Told.

She said the first indicator would be to buy two separate pieces of jewelry.

If a man isn’t cheating, he’s more likely to buy a matching earring and necklace set for his wife.

“I don’t have any concerns until a man buys yellow gold earrings for his wife, who states that she only wears yellow gold jewelry. Then we move on to the case and he buys yellow gold earrings.” “You’d see a gold necklace,’ and he’d ask me to take it out,” she said.

“I could tell this wasn’t for my wife because his demeanor completely changed. He starts looking around, his words start to stutter, and he says, ‘Yeah, let’s keep that on the tab too.’ It is. she wants that. ”

Len began questioning the buyer, claiming that if he only liked yellow gold, he wouldn’t appreciate the necklace. At this point, she claimed, the man starts making excuses.

Another indicator is that the boxes come in a set, so you don’t need two separate boxes.

“Of course, some guys would give her earrings for her birthday and a matching necklace for Christmas. That wasn’t unusual,” she says.

“But there were clear signs that this guy wasn’t giving two separate gifts. In the jewelry industry, we’re trained to ask, ‘What business do you have?’ and usually men will answer that.”

She said the men stopped her at the end of the transaction and demanded that the items be placed in two separate boxes, claiming it was for them to open them.

Mr Wren said two matching pieces of jewelry were not a red flag, but if the pieces were different, it would have sounded an alarm.

Social media users were shocked by Ren’s revelations.

“Hotel job… welcome back!” My wife was confused, oh, we’ve never been here! Well honey, I’ve never been there,” said another social media user.

“Even when I worked at Victoria’s Secret, they did it 24/7. Obviously the two sizes are different,” another researcher claimed.

One person added: “My boyfriend gave me a purple stone necklace for Christmas. When I moved in with him five years later, I found the same necklace in one of the drawers, but it was just a clear stone. It is used quite a lot.”
