He also criticized Cohen in remarks made outside court.

Mr. Tuberville also criticized Mr. Cohen, saying outside court:
I’m sitting there listening to a guy on the witness stand say he lied in another courtroom and had to be released from house arrest to testify in this courtroom. He is a convicted felon. I mean, this guy is acting out a scene there, and he suddenly comes out and says, “Oh, I recorded President Trump on my phone.” This man worked for President Trump. I mean, how can he convince someone who keeps lying? In other words, there should be no reason why anyone should listen to this person.
Trump is gagged from commenting on Judge Juan Marchand’s family, but Trump and Donalds note Marchand’s daughter’s career raising money for Trump’s opponents did.
Mr. Vance also attacked one prosecutor other than District Attorney Alvin Bragg, whom President Trump has banned. Mr. Vance said in his remarks outside court:
All of the individuals involved in this prosecution are effectively Democratic Party political operatives. Inside Judge — His daughter has made millions of dollars fighting against Donald Trump and is raising money for Donald Trump’s political opponents.

Ramaswamy called the prosecutor “fourth rate” and the witness, Michael Cohen, a “fifth rate lawyer…actually violating attorney-client privilege left and right.”
