Authorities in Arizona have arrested three people on suspicion of plotting to rent the deceased’s home and sell two of his cars.
One person was found with stolen property belonging to another deceased person upon his arrest, authorities said.
Kevin Andrew Strawbridge, 38, Jami DeMaria, 30, and Cheyenne Keller, 29, were reported to have been occupied by squatters at the deceased’s home in the Pebble Lake area. All were arrested after a month-long investigation by the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office. fox 10 phoenix report.
“During the course of the investigation, Deputies learned the following: [Strawbridge] and his co-conspirators, [Demaria]”Strawbridge and DeMaria are responsible for illegally renting the decedent’s home. They are also responsible for the theft of three of the decedent’s cars and the sale of two of them,” the department said in a statement obtained by the department. Authorities said Keller notarized the signatures of Stowbridge and DeMaria on the title to the vehicle. Fox 10 reports that she is also charged in a separate criminal case involving burglary of a man’s home and theft of his car while he was deployed to the military.
According to the Sheriff’s Department, they executed one of five search warrants during the May 10 investigation, and deputies found two stolen vehicles, one unreported stolen vehicle, and one stolen vehicle believed to have been stolen by another victim. Reported property, drugs, drug paraphernalia and two firearms were recovered.

Cheyenne Keller, 29, was charged with conspiracy, conspiracy to defraud, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, weapons offenses, possession of a weapon by a prohibited person, and felony possession of a firearm during a drug crime. (Mohave County Sheriff’s Department)
Mr. Stroubright, Mr. Demari and Mr. Keller were all charged with felony conspiracy and scheme to defraud.
Strawbridge was also charged with three felony counts of robbery, possession of stolen property and theft of a vehicle. The suspect was also arrested on suspicion of robbing another person who died in the area, the sheriff’s department said.

Demari could face additional charges of theft and trafficking in stolen property.
Keller and Wolfe, who were found at one of the locations searched in the investigation, also face felony charges of drug possession and unlawful possession of a firearm.
The department said the investigation is still ongoing. The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office could not be reached for comment as of press time.
