Prosecutors on Monday night unveiled evidence they plan to submit to prove their claim that Hunter Biden lied about drug use on his 2018 application to purchase a federal gun. It also included 75 pages of text messages highlighting his fight against addiction.

Other witnesses include former Delaware State Police Lt. Millard Greer, who will testify about how he recovered Hunter Biden’s gun from the man who found it in a trash can; This includes StarQuest Shooters employees who sold the items.
“In short, his actions and confessions prove that he knew he was a crack user when he purchased the gun and while he was in possession of it before it was taken from him.” the prosecutor wrote. “His actions and confessions prove that he knew he was a crack addict when he purchased and possessed the gun in 2018.”
The president’s son was indicted in September by special prosecutor David Weiss on three felony firearms charges. His lawyers say the indictment has constitutional problems, that it violates the terms of a pretrial diversion agreement that was part of his failed plea deal, and that the special prosecutor was illegally appointed. They are seeking to have the case dismissed, alleging that Biden was the prosecutor in the case. Subject to retaliatory and selective prosecution.
On Monday, they asked the Third Circuit Court of Appeals to halt the trial and reconsider the panel’s ruling denying his motion to dismiss the case.
