Ms. McKinney alleged that when she did not comply, Mr. Combs grabbed her head and forced her to perform oral sex.

She then lost consciousness, woke up in the cab, and realized she had been assaulted, the complaint says, but she did not believe there was any further assault beyond verbal contact. It remains unclear whether there are any.

The lawsuit is just the latest damning allegations made against the hip-hop mogul in recent months.

Combs has been hit with six lawsuits alleging abuse since his ex-girlfriend, Kathy Ventura, accused him of rape and abuse in November, including McKinney’s latest suit.

There, McKinney claimed that she and Combs drank expensive alcohol with friends and then began passing joints among the group, TMZ reported.

The cannabis was “so strong” that she began to feel like she was floating and became concerned that another drug had been laced with it.

McKinney alleges in the complaint that Combs then made her go to the bathroom, where he forcibly violated her.

After the incident, McKinney said she was forced to quit her modeling job and became so depressed that she attempted suicide in 2004.

According to TMZ, McKinney said she decided to come forward because she “felt morally obligated to speak out” after the allegations against Combs were made public.

Combs’ residences in Florida and California were searched by a Department of Homeland Security human trafficking task force in April after allegations against him emerged.

Mr. Combs initially denied all charges against him, but apologized on Sunday after footage surfaced of him violently punching Mr. Ventura in a hotel hallway in 2016.

In the clip, Ventura is seen preparing to enter an elevator when Combs appears around the corner wearing only a towel, grabs her by the neck and throws her to the ground.

He then kicked her several times before pulling her off the ground and throwing her around a corner.

He was then seen violently yelling at Ventura while throwing objects at him.

The footage juxtaposed graphic depictions of the assault she detailed in a lawsuit she filed against Combs in November, which was settled out of court with the rapper pleading not guilty.

Ventura said in his filing that he was wearing a hooded sweatshirt when he tried to run away to hide the black eye Combs gave him.

On Sunday, Combs released an apology video in which he claimed he had hit “rock bottom” and had spent years undergoing therapy to become a better person.

Mr. Ventura’s lawyer denied Mr. Combs’ apology, saying he was only speaking for himself in the apology.
