Politics is always personal. Personalities are persuasive, but nothing is more persuasive than results. Traditional Democratic bases, young black and Hispanic voters, are no better off than they were four years ago. They are embracing a man who represents a movement they were told not to trust. But every fiber of their being tells them they can’t trust their party leaders. They’re tired of their stale orders and broken promises. People of the Bronx And people across America are beginning to become independent and think for themselves, outside of a system that locks them down and scolds them for even opening their mouths or eyes.
