Former President Donald Trump contacted Missouri Rep. Ben Baker (R-Missouri), who revealed that his daughter and son-in-law, who were missionaries, were killed by gangs in Haiti.
“I just got off the phone with Donald J. Trump. He called to offer his condolences to us and the family about Davie and Natalie,” Baker revealed on Sunday, concluding that Trump “really cares about people.”
“He said, ‘I can’t believe how beautiful these two young men are, they look like models,'” Baker added, thanking Trump for reaching out.

Baker revealed the devastating news on Thursday, sharing a photo of her daughter and son-in-law with the caption, “My heart is broken into a thousand pieces.”
I have never experienced pain like this. As many of you know, my daughter and son-in-law, Davey and Natalie Lloyd, are full time missionaries in Haiti. They were attacked by a gang this evening and both were killed. They have both gone to heaven. Please pray for my family. We really need strength. And please pray for Lloyd’s family. I have no other words right now.
Three people, including Davie and Natalie, were reportedly killed by gunmen in Port-au-Prince. Breitbart News reports:
Baker’s daughter and son-in-law served as missionaries in Port-au-Prince with the Haiti Mission. Established It was founded in 2000 by Davi’s parents, David and Alicia Lloyd.
