As the hush-money lawsuit against Donald Trump nears its end, all eyes are on the jury.
Judge Marchan instructed the jury that a unanimous verdict would be considered even if there was no unanimous agreement on each offence.
Judge Marchan told the jury they did not need to be unanimous to reach a guilty verdict. Four could agree on one charge, four could agree on another charge, and four could agree on another charge. The judge said he would treat 4-4-4 as a unanimous verdict.

A new report has revealed that one juror expressed sympathy for Trump during the trial.
Jurors reportedly nodded in agreement with the defense and reacted favorably to Trump surrogates in the courtroom.
If that happens, Trump’s supporters suspect it will be largely due to one juror who has occasionally made friendly eye contact with Trump as he entered the room and passed right by the defense table.
“Eight of the jurors absolutely hate Trump. If there’s one person who doesn’t hate him, it’s [this] “Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen of the jury,” said one courtroom attendee, who shared his thoughts about the case with The Bulwark on the condition of anonymity to protect the privacy and safety of jurors.
The juror occasionally appeared to nod in agreement with the defense as the trial progressed since April 15, these sources said. The juror also appeared to respond favorably to and make eye contact with congressional representatives who began sitting with Trump in the courtroom in recent weeks.
But even Trump’s most ardent supporters acknowledge that they are, at best, speculating — trying to read into the situation. Jurors making friendly eye contact may simply be a sign of courtroom courtesy, regardless of how seriously they are weighing the evidence and considering a verdict.
