Biden and the Democratic Party are doing all they can to appease the radical pro-Palestinian, anti-Israel left. But as protesters’ demands grow, they may face a harsh reality when the Democratic National Convention comes together in August, which the Democrats chose to hold in Chicago.
Not only does Chicago have an unusually high crime rate, it is also home to the largest Palestinian population in the United States.
Ryan Mauro, a counterterrorism expert and research fellow at the Capital Research Center, is concerned not just about Chicago but the country.
“This is completely controlled by radical Islamic extremists, but also radical revolutionaries,” Mauro said. Glenn BeckHe explained that they were all “united under this anti-colonial, revolutionary narrative.”
“Every day they say this is not just an Israeli issue,” he added.
“Let me be clear,” Glenn replies, “are communists, anarchists and Islamists coming together to destroy the Western way of life?”
“Yes,” Mauro said, adding that it’s “very likely” that this summer’s riots will be worse than previous ones.
“There’s been a lot of anti-police activity, particularly in the first week of July, with them trying to blockade ports and block any ships that might be heading to Israel,” he explained. “And then there’s a lot of talk about the Democratic National Convention in August.”
“They’re going to regret picking Chicago,” Mauro said. “Chicago is kind of the headquarters for extremist groups, it’s where they congregate. I don’t know who their security consultants were, but they really made a bad decision.”
