Hamptons bachelorette partier, 22, arrested for beating up sister

A bachelorette party in the Hamptons turned chaotic last weekend when a young woman was arrested for allegedly assaulting her sister and pulling out “clumps of hair” that were scattered around the house.

According to a police report obtained by The Washington Post, Stephanie Rose Macri, 22, was arrested around 11:30 p.m. Saturday after officers were called to a disturbance at 61 Hog Creek Road in East Hampton.

According to the report, Macri’s sister, Sabrina Macri, 27, told police that the two got into a physical fight and that her sister bit her arm, which “went red and hurt,” and that he punched her under her right eye and pulled out strands of her hair.

According to the police report, officers observed Sabrina had scratches under her eyes and “clumps of hair throughout the second floor of the home.”

The victim asked for her sister to be arrested, and Stephanie was handcuffed and transported to the East Hampton Police Department.

Stephanie Macri was charged with second-degree harassment involving physical contact.

She was arraigned Sunday and released from custody, an East Hampton Police Department spokesman confirmed.

The East Hampton court could not be reached to confirm her next court date.
