A last-minute problem halted Saturday’s launch countdown for Boeing’s first astronaut flight.
When the countdown stopped at 3 minutes and 50 seconds, two NASA astronauts were strapped into the company’s Starliner capsule, awaiting liftoff.
With just moments left until take-off on Saturday afternoon, there was no time to address the latest problem before the whole thing was called off.
The launch had previously been delayed to check for leaks and make repairs to the rocket.
NASA wants a backup for SpaceX, which has been ferrying astronauts to space for four years.
