Eric Trump Says Democrats ‘Feeding’ Trump Black, Hispanic, Youth Votes

Eric Trump said on Fox News on Sunday that Democrats are “supplying” black votes for 2024 Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.

The Trump campaign announced it had raised $54.8 million on Friday, 24 hours after a 12-member Manhattan Democrat jury found Trump guilty of all 34 charges in a false business records case brought by Democratic District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Eric Trump told Fox News host Maria Bartiromo that America’s “people don’t believe false lies.” Daily Mail Polls show that support for Republican candidates has increased by six points since the conviction.

“When I came out of the courthouse that day, I said, ‘May 30, 2024, could be the day Donald Trump wins. I honestly have never seen this country more upset about what’s going on right now. It’s the law of unintended consequences. Democrats always dig too deep and end up finding themselves. They think their little ploys will go unnoticed, that they’re smarter than everyone else. The harder they attack Trump, the more they do this, I think Trump is going to raise more money and win more independents.”

“Like I said, the swing in independent support after this conviction is incredible because nobody believes him,” he continued. “And they’re literally giving him the support of certain segments of the public that they might not have had in 2016 or 2020, because for the first time, they realize that the system is breaking down, that he is a victim, as parts of their community often are.”

“And you’re seeing their support waver,” Eric Trump said. “Look at the African-American vote. It’s leaning heavily towards Donald Trump. Look at the Hispanic vote over the last few years. Look, Maria, look at the young people vote right now. We’ve never had such a strong young vote, and people know exactly what’s going on, and they want our country to be strong again.” (RELATED: ‘Keep riding the roller coaster’: CNN host fires back at Democratic senator for Biden’s ‘wrong handling’ of Black voters)

While President Joe Biden is losing support among black and Hispanic voters in battleground states and Democratic strongholds, President Trump is making inroads. On May 23, Trump held a historic rally in the South Bronx, where his support among black voters has more than doubled since 2020.
