In a Truth Social post on Sunday, Trump noted that his sentencing hearing for his conviction in the so-called hush-money case is scheduled to take place just four days before the Republican National Convention, the event in Wisconsin where Trump is expected to be formally named the GOP presidential nominee.

In his post, Trump also attacked Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, saying he ran on a “get Trump” platform.
A jury found Trump guilty on 34 charges last week – his lawyers plan to appeal the verdict.
The Supreme Court is already reviewing presidential immunity and how it applies to other lawsuits facing President Trump.
The Supreme Court has a 6-3 conservative majority, and three of its justices were appointed by President Trump.
