“We hope to resolve this matter favorably and put it behind us,” Leonard added.
in Deleted Reddit postWitnesses claimed to have seen several police cars and an ambulance arrive at the MTV personality’s home in Freehold, New Jersey on Sunday.
It has been confirmed that Tortorella was at the home when the incident occurred and police arrived, but it is unclear if he was the alleged victim.
This is not the couple’s first run-in with the law.
As Page Six previously reported, police were called to Pivarnick’s Freehold home in November 2023 after an alleged domestic violence incident between Pivarnick and Tortorella.
According to police reports, the reality TV star called 911 but declined to press charges after police arrived.
However, a “criminal investigation record” was created following the incident.
“I can confirm that Angelina did, in fact, call the police to her home. After speaking with the officers, she decided not to press charges,” Leonard told Us at the time.
“This matter has now concluded. Going forward, Angelina requests privacy regarding her personal life.”
However, Tortorella’s lawyer, Elizabeth Rosin-Gollinder, said at the time that the couple remained engaged and lived under the same roof.
“My client and Ms. Pivarnick remain engaged and live together. Mr. Tortorella denies any wrongdoing or acts of domestic violence that would justify police intervention,” Rosin-Gollinder told us at the time.
“No charges have been filed against my client by Mr. Pivarnick or law enforcement authorities and I ask that his privacy be respected in this regard.”
Pivarnick later posted a solemn selfie with the caption “I ask God for guidance.”
Tortorella proposed to Pivarnick, who has been engaged three times before, in November 2022 at a “divorce party” to celebrate the finalization of her separation from her first husband, Chris Laranjeira.
