Chiefs Star Travis Kelce Would Visit White House ‘No Matter Who’ is President: ‘Always an Honor’

Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce said he’ll visit the White House to celebrate a winning season no matter who the president is, insisting it’s always an honor to be recognized in Washington, D.C.

Kelce’s comments came just days after the Chiefs visited Washington, D.C., to celebrate winning the Super Bowl in 2024 and shake hands with President Joe Biden. But Kelce now says he’d still like to visit the White House again if the Chiefs win the Super Bowl next year and Donald Trump is there.

“It’s always an honor to go to the White House,” Kelsey said. New Heights A podcast with his brother, former Eagles player Jason Kelce.

“I talked about this a little bit last time, but if I had the opportunity to be recognized by the president of the United States and to go with my teammates and a group of men and women who have been successful together and gotten to the point of being recognized, I would do it every time, no matter who’s in charge, no matter what’s going on in the world. It’s just an incredible opportunity,” Kelsey said, getting more serious about the issue.

“I wanted to represent the Chiefs, do it for the Hunt family and all the coaches, make sure it’s remembered and have some pictures and memories in the bank,” he said.

But before that, Travis joked that he thought the Secret Service would tase him if he got too close to Biden.

The Chiefs are preparing to begin 2024 preseason team training with minicamp next week.
