Ben Affleck’s ex-wife Jennifer Garner and current wife Jennifer Lopez were spotted arriving separately at actor Ben Affleck’s rented home this week amid a deterioration in their relationship with the pop star.
According to photos obtained by Page Six, the 54-year-old “I’m Real” singer was spotted walking up to Affleck’s front door and entering his temporary residence in Brentwood, California on Wednesday.
In another instance, the “13 Going on 30” actress, 52, was spotted arriving home with a big smile on her face.
Lopez looked chic in a baby blue button-down shirt, skinny white jeans and Christian Louboutin boots.
She accessorized with her trademark hoop earrings and a cream-colored Hermes Birkin bag, and wore her hair in a chic low-cut bun.
Meanwhile, Garner was dressed casually in blue trousers and a striped linen shirt layered over a green jacket. She completed her look with black loafers and funky striped socks, and wore her hair loosely pulled back with a clip.
Affleck, 51, was reportedly hosting a middle school graduation party for Garner’s 12-year-old son, Samuel, at a rented house.
Garner and Affleck, who were married from 2005 to 2018, also have two children together, Violet, 18, and Seraphina, 15.
Affleck and Lopez combined their families by marrying in 2022, with Lopez becoming stepfather to 16-year-old twins Max and Emme, whom he had with Marc Anthony.
That day, Lopez and their two children attended Samuel’s graduation, but she arrived separately from her husband due to rumors of marital problems.
Last month, reports surfaced that the pair were separating, sparking rumors they were heading for divorce.
J.Lo added fuel to the fire by announcing that she was cancelling her tour to be with her family.
Trouble in paradise for the couple has become even more apparent after they put their $60 million Beverly Hills, California home on the market.
However, a source close to the couple claimed they were selling the marital home because Affleck “didn’t like the house.”
“It’s too far away from the kids,” a source told People magazine.
Meanwhile, Lopez doesn’t seem to like the property, as she believes the house is “too big for her.”
The “Gili” co-stars purchased the massive 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom apartment for their blended family in May 2023.
Though Lopez continues to live in the larger home and Affleck lives in a rental, the pair reportedly “see each other every few days.”
