Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is unlikely to appear in the first debate next week, a setback that could throw him off track in the race between President Biden and former President Trump. The independent candidate is determined to debate his Democratic and Republican rivals in Atlanta on June 27. But he is running out of time to meet the polling and delegate thresholds that Biden and Trump are already ahead of before Thursday’s debate.
