DETROIT, Michigan — Political strategist Roger Stone told Breitbart News he believes President Joe Biden will be “replaced” by the Democrats in the 2024 presidential election, and named former first lady Michelle Obama as a possible successor.
When asked if he thought Biden would withdraw from the 2024 presidential race, Stone replied, “If you were at the Turning Point event in Palm Beach – which was a great event – I predicted in my remarks that the Democratic Party was going to realize right before their convention that Joe Biden was not going to be able to survive another election.”
Stone spoke to Breitbart News in an interview on Saturday at Turning Point Action’s “People’s Convention” in Detroit, Michigan.
“If anything, the situation is worse than it was then,” he said, adding that Biden has “lost his mind.”

“It’s clear,” Stone continued, “that the epic corruption of his family, including his son, his brothers and others, is now out there for all to see.”

Stone added that “it seems more likely than ever that Joe Biden will be replaced and will announce his decision not to run again, rather than step down, just before the convention.”
“President Obama will make that public at the convention,” Stone said, “and I still believe the convention will nominate Michelle Obama.”
“I’m not saying Michelle Obama will run for president or wants to run,” Stone clarified, “but I think Democrats might be persuaded that she may be their last chance to stop Donald Trump from returning to the White House.”
