Jesse Plemons explains inspiration behind 50-pound weight loss, without using Ozempic

In a new interview, the former “Friday Night Lights” star shared why she decided to embark on her health and wellness journey and explained how she was able to lose a significant amount of weight.

Earlier this month, the 36-year-old actor denied using Ozempic, despite online rumors.

“But it’s because I’m getting older, and I hate to get specific because it makes it all the story. But in my mind, the part that I did, I just couldn’t imagine him being the same build as me.”

Instead, Plemons chose a different path.

Plemons revealed that he lost the weight through intermittent fasting, alternating periods of eating and fasting.

“Several people told me about intermittent fasting, so I gave it a try. [was] “I was surprised at how quickly it worked,” Plemons told the outlet.
